This site is named Judy's Specialties because of the many different things I do, I found
that there not one item that describes me best.
As a tutor at the local community college, I tutor the older students who are returning
to college, thereby tutoring introductory Algebra classes along with other subjects such as Spanish, Computers, Etc.
as students need me.
I also enjoy playing the piano, organ, or accordian and was trained to teach these instruments. Sometimes
I even teach students at their homes.
Since I do alot of knitting and crocheting as a way of relaxation for myself, I have been asked if
I would either teach knitting or crocheting classes or if I would make the afghans, sweaters, or purses and sell them.
If you have looked at my picture, you will notice that I am a fairly large person. Any large person knows that to buy
clothes that fit right is an enormous challenge. When I was in college, I was trained to design my own clothes and have done
so over the years as well as sew for myself and others.
Now you can see why I choose the name "Judy's Specialties".
